
Candace Little is an experienced Georgia family law attorney who represents clients in divorce, child custody, legitimation, child support, adoption, prenuptial agreements, and other domestic relations matters throughout the metro Atlanta area. With over a decade of experience, she is experienced with leading litigation and promoting divorce settlement through mediation in cases involving crypto currency, high asset divorces, and business ownership. Attorney Little is a seasoned litigator who has tried hundreds of cases and is known for her strong courtroom advocacy and commitment to protecting families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Attorney Little earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Georgia State University, graduating magna cum laude. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, one of the state’s most respected legal institutions. Her academic background in both writing and law allows her to present persuasive legal arguments both in court and in written advocacy for her clients.
As an African American female attorney practicing family law in Georgia, Attorney Little understands the diverse cultural and personal dynamics that often arise in divorce and custody cases. She works closely with clients to ensure their voices are heard, their rights are protected, and their families are given the strongest possible legal representation.

Attorney Little is also a creative writer and the proud author of The Fourth Man, a novella designed to inspire young women to make mindful and healthy dating decisions. In addition to her writing, she enjoys creating poetry and prose in her spare time.
As a wife and mother of two, Attorney Little understands the joy and pressures of managing a family. She is active in her sorority and regularly participates in community initiatives throughout the Atlanta area.

She has also appeared online in podcasts and entertainment media, including portraying herself in the storyline “Anthony and Amber” featured in YouTube sketches by comedian DeWayne Colley, professionally known as “Kountry Wayne.”
